Positiv: Design und Ausstattung Negativ: Personal ist sehr unerfahren, nur Praktikanten und Studenten, kein vollumfänglicher Service

Positiv: Very nice atmosphere, perfect location, something special. The rooms are very cosy and the concept is thought through.  Negativ: The regulation of the aircon was not easy. The aircon didn’t respond very well so it was rather cold in the room. Moreover, there was no separate heating in the bathroom, which made it far too cold for my taste. Finally, the overall cleanliness was not at 100%; there was a lot of dust in places that could be easily spottet (for ex. top of the lamps of the reception desk). 
Finally, the personnel at the reception desk lacked proper training. We asked for an information about the buses: once the person at the desk was simply unable even to check on the internet and the second time the person at the desk needed help from a superior. When passing by, the receptionist sat there, looking into her phone or drinking coffee at the desk. It gave a strange impression for this otherwise beautiful and neat hotel.
