The apartment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning on the leaving room.

Son Serra has many great restaurants (specially for seafoods), cafeterias, bars, shops and supermarkets. All facilities are within walking distance, very central with advantage of being near the beach and promenade next to the sea.

Many beaches and cala are close like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia or Arta. From Palma de Mallorca airport, it's just around 1 hour drive with car.

Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 50 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.
